Some people choose to train every week or even every day, others simply use the service once a month to keep them on the right track and learning new exercises while making sure everything they do in their own time is both safe and effective.

Workouts with me could involve anything from weights, boxing and running to stretching or abdominal exercises. The first few sessions will give me a chance to see what your strengths and weaknesses are and what your fitness levels are like. Don't worry, you will never be given anything to do that you are not capable of, although I will be pushing you to your limit.

Training under supervision is not only more productive, but also much safer, as your Personal Trainer is fully qualified to train people with a range of conditions including arthritis, diabetes, asthma, osteoporosis, obesity and high/low blood pressure. Whether young, old, pre/post natal or recovering from injury, I am fully equipped to help you through every stage of your training.

Wow I am shattered but what a great day! Session started a little bit earlier today and was resistance-work based with lots of weighted lunges, press ups and abs. Awsome
